Dear Lutherans,During this time of Lent and Easter, while we stand in line to pay for our groceries, Time magazine and others usually have their front page staring at us with a figure of Jesus and questions like: “Was Jesus Real? “What about the Resurrection? “Jesus Christ, Man or Myth? etc.
They are fair questions to ask and I for one, am glad that people are still searching for answers. Below this email is a brief article by Dr. Paul Maier concerning some historical evidence showing that Jesus did exist. Food for thought. Some of us have heard this, others not. Aside from some “name-calling” at the beginning and end, these facts are great for conversation-starters for those asking questions.
