He is Risen!
April 7, 2013, in Sunday School, the children will learn that we, like Thomas, doubt what we cannot see (John 20:19–31). Through His Spirit, God gives us eyes of faith that we might see Jesus in Word and Sacrament and believe in Him. Discuss with your family times when it was hard to trust and believe in the promises of God. Talk about faith and where it comes from (the Holy Spirit). In your catechism review, study the Third Article of the Apostles’ Creed and its explanation.
